Before completing this application, please make sure you meet the following qualifications:

1) You are a resident of Monroe or Randolph county or the southern St. Clair county communities of Lenzburg, Marissa or New Athens.

2) You are or will be enrolled in a future course of study for classes in summer 2025 or fall 2025. If you are awarded, a class roster will be requested as proof of enrollment.

3) If you have applied for and received a scholarship from SCCF in the past, we ask you only reapply under extraordinary circumstances and explain your situation in the application.

4) Communication will be via e-mail; therefore, provide an account you monitor.
